I’m Hifza Rabbani, a clinical psychologist offering online therapy for individuals who feel overwhelmed by their thoughts, emotions, relationships, or life transitions. I believe healing happens when people feel truly understood without judgment, labels, or pressure to “fix” themselves.

Online therapy (tele-counselling) takes place through secure video sessions. I usually use Google Meet but I am flexible about which video platform to use. It allows you to access therapy from the comfort of your own space while receiving the same professional, ethical, and confidential care as in-person therapy.

I work primarily with teenagers and adults (ages 13–40) who are experiencing anxiety, depression, excessive worry, emotional distress, relationship concerns, or life transitions. I also work with individuals who feel overwhelmed but may not have a clear label for what they’re struggling with.

My work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI), integrated with a compassionate, collaborative approach. Therapy is always tailored to your needs, there is no one-size-fits-all method!

Not at all. Many people come to therapy because they feel stuck, emotionally exhausted, confused, or simply want a better understanding of themselves. You don’t need to be in crisis to benefit from therapy.

The first session is a gentle space to understand what brings you to therapy, your concerns, and what you hope to gain. There is no pressure to share everything at once and we move at your pace.
